➤ Instructions:
You will need...
1. AAA batteries (x3)
2. Screwdriver (to remove battery casing)
When inserting batteries, please screw the casing back on tightly to secure it. Batteries must be new & high in voltage. Once the batteries are inserted, please flick the on/off switch 2-3 times. Then ensure the switch is pushed all the way to the edge; it has an auto-lock system. This mechanism was set in place to avoid accidental switching of the plush. Then, tap on the body of the plush. Your plush should start talking and moving if the above steps are followed correctly.
NOTE** There is a switch lock. If you are unable to figure out how to turn on the plush, please contact us, and we will guide you through the steps!

customer service was amazing! she arrived with some slight damages, but customer service helped resolve the issue! the responses were super fast and the seller was very helpful and kind. i had an issue with getting her to turn on, but i managed to do it with support! the plush is super cute and just what i imagined!!

I would trust the customer service support from Kiki to be my emergency contact with how fast she responds to emails while providing such spectacular service and great personality. I wish this level of customer support was the standard. Even if I don't have a reason to buy anything here I would still buy just from their customer support alone. If you're ever in doubt like I did, don't because Kiki has gotchu. Super happy with the talking plushie too, didn't know she's voice activated as well!

the service from rollyberry is TOP teir, they really love their customers. I bought two plushies, one from a long time back & now again. The plush looks SO much better THAN PICTURES.. its SO round & fluffy, works amazing. i guess the switch has a plush lock or something, you need to unlock it. i required assitance, then miko helped it resolve it. seller is super sweet, never expected anything less. LOVE IT. thanks rollyberry!!

Excellent product, it is very high quality. For this price, its a steal because I also bought the same one from ali for cheaper and rollyberry's version is much better. It is very fluffy, soft and chubby. She works well & is voice-activated. Moves her arm when pressed on chest, and talks when pressed on head. at first, I had trouble setting up the battery but miko helped me by sending so many videos. lovely experience at rollyberry.
One of the eyes was received scratched, its very disheartening after buying such an expensive item and that a label says that it was quality insurance inspected by Ian and it still missed had a scratched and scruffed eye, everything else is okay but this was something that stood up instantly. Im not able to return since it has passed the very limited 10 day return, so make sure you inspect your products when buying from RollyBerry to see if there are any defects. I have pictures but unfortunetly this form doesnt let me upload them. Very disapointed. One more thing, on the product page they show the original box that it comes with, when i received it, there was no original box, it was inside a plastic bag that was crammed inside a tiny brown shipping box, maybe the scratched happened when they ship in such tiny boxes to save on shipping costs.

We do want to clarify a couple of things! The version you purchased is our standard edition, which does not include the original box. The box shown on the product page is for our boxed edition (Korean Ver.), and we apologise if this was not clear enough in the listing. We will work on making this distinction more prominent!
As for the packaging, RollyBerry uses minimalist packaging as part of our commitment to reducing plastic waste, but your feedback is valuable, and we are actively working on improving how we protect our products during transit.

I love it! You have to squeeze it hard though to get it to talk. I have to pop it from the underneath or hit ans squeeze hard on her head to talk. Other than that shes super cute!!! And great quality☺️
