Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your order.
We want to clarify that this item is handmade, as noted in the product description. Because each piece is hand-fixed/hand-assembled rather than mass-produced, there can be small natural variations from the reference photos; this is a normal part of handmade items and not a sign of inauthenticity.
That said, we take your experience seriously and would love to make this right. We have added store credits to your account, which you can use to purchase more items in the future.
Thank you again for your patience, and we hope to turn this into a better experience for you.
